David Young is the world's most well known recorder player with 70 albums produced and recorded, over 1,000,000 CDs sold, 25,000,000 streams/downloads and 2 Grammy nominations.
His first group, Celestial Winds sold 100,000 CDs and became the biggest selling independent album in Canadian history in 1993 as well as the country's #1 import. Young has written four books on spirituality, meditated for 40 years, has presented 500 events called, A Portal Between Heaven and Earth, and still travels extensively. The first season of Young’s upcoming TV series, Soul Sessions will air in 2024. Carter has had a long term musical relationship with singer songwriter James Taylor, performing on numerous recordings and tours, including Hourglass, which won a Grammy for Best Pop Album of the Year and the multi-platinum James Taylor Live!
